How to read it

A snapshot is useful when the boundary is visible

This page combines operating-volume signals with one aggregated outcome signal and one selected-deployment result. Those categories should not be mixed. Conversation volume tells you about the amount of production activity. Resolution is an outcome rate whose meaning depends on the agreed definition for each workload. Cost reduction is a comparison against an engagement-specific baseline, not a promise attached to every deployment.

The 72% figure should therefore be read as approximately 72% across the current production workload mix represented by Dring's internal reporting. It should not be read as a guaranteed result for a new customer, a claim about every language or channel, or a comparison against an unnamed competitor.

The same discipline applies to the 81% cost signal.   5. For cost reduction, what is the agreed baseline and which labor, telephony, integration, QA and support costs are included?
  6. What is excluded, and who approved the exclusions?
  7. How are failed tool calls, uncertain answers, sensitive topics and human handoffs measured?
  8. Can you provide a versioned evidence record, sample definition and change history for the claim?
